Succo use cases

Succo supports 19+ research, customer feedback, and growth use cases: lead capture, newsletter signups, sales qualification, public news polls, customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), churn interviews, onboarding feedback, support ticket triage, investor and board live reports, product discovery (jobs-to-be-done), feature voting, beta tester pulse, pricing and willingness-to-pay (Van Westendorp), brand and positioning research, employee pulse, exit interviews, post-event feedback, live event polls with projected dashboards, content topic validation, and B2B account research synthesis. Each use case is delivered through one or more of three input channels: embeddable forms (short widgets on a website), AI-drafted surveys (longer questionnaires shared via public link with bias detection), or uploads (PDFs, transcripts, CSVs, pasted text). Every use case produces output in two views: an Analytics dashboard (auto-generated charts per question, filterable and embeddable on third-party sites via iframe / script / oEmbed) and a Discovery view (AI-clustered themes, JTBD opportunities, team triage). Specific use cases like live event polls, public news polls, and investor board reports take advantage of the embeddable dashboard as a live public-facing artifact.

FAQ

Common questions about use cases.

Can I combine multiple use cases in one workspace?

Yes. A workspace holds any number of forms, surveys and uploads. They all feed the same insights pipeline so themes are extracted across sources, not just within one.

Do you have ready-made templates for these?

Yes — every use case maps to a template. Click Get started and you can start from a template that pre-fills questions, fields and analysis settings. You can edit everything afterwards.

How long until I see useful insights?

For forms, you see live structured analytics (NPS distribution, completion rates, choice breakdowns) as soon as you have submissions — no run needed. For surveys, insights auto-refresh as new responses arrive. For uploads, click Analyze and results appear in 1–3 minutes for typical batch sizes.

Can I share a live dashboard with people outside Succo?

Yes. Every survey and form has a configurable analytics dashboard you can embed via iframe, script, or oEmbed paste-in. Embedded dashboards update live as new responses arrive and carry the global filters you saved with them. Use it for journalism (live poll results in an article), event recaps (live participation), or board reporting (a Notion-pinned dashboard that always reflects the latest data).

Can I share the analysis with my team?

Yes. Workspaces support team triage on opportunities (status, votes, notes) on the Pro and Research plans. You can also export a Markdown decision brief at any time.

What if my use case isn't listed here?

These are the most common patterns we see. The underlying primitives — forms, surveys, uploads, themes, opportunities — are general purpose. Most research and feedback use cases fit on top of them. If you have a niche flow, just try it.
