How does Succo analyze responses?
Two ways on the same data. The Analytics view auto-generates a configurable dashboard with 14 chart types, including NPS, distributions, rating matrices, bivariate cross-tabs, and trends. The Discovery view clusters open-ended answers into ranked jobs-to-be-done with the original quotes attached.
Can I embed a Succo dashboard on my own site?

Do I need a research team to use it?
No. AI drafts and bias-checks the questions, the dashboard builds itself on the first response, and open-ended answers are clustered and ranked automatically. A non-researcher can ship a study and read the result the same day.
Can I use Succo from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor?
Yes. Succo is a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server: connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP-compatible client with one-click OAuth, or with a personal access token for scripts. Your assistant then answers questions from your own surveys, forms and themes. Access mirrors your workspace permissions exactly (the assistant never sees more than you can), surveys it drafts always start as drafts, and respondents’ personal data stays redacted unless explicitly requested. You can revoke a token or disconnect an app at any time.
Where is my data stored, and is it used to train AI?
Your data is stored in the EU on every plan. AI runs through a proxy and your input is never used to train models. Succo is built for GDPR, with export and deletion.
